In the recent San Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Region Finals. Chef Willam from Moonbow representing Singapore. Bringing forth dish with different background, creating interesting stories one dish at a time.

We are happy to have Chef William using Toshikyōdai 195mm Kiritsuke during his regional final.

And congratulations to Chef Ian Goh for taking home the Best Young Chef in Asia.
